Can you cover multi-location or multi-day corporate events?

Yes, multi-location and multi-day coverage is something I regularly handle for brand activations and corporate retreats. I have with a team of trusted photographers, so multiple simultaneous locations or extended multi-day events are well within scope. Contact me with your dates and locations for a custom quote.

Do you travel outside Vancouver for events?

Yes, I’m based in Vancouver and regularly shoot in Vancouver, West & North Vancouver, Richmond, and Burnaby. I’m also available to travel to nearby cities for corporate clients covering travel costs.

What’s included in a half day or full day booking?

Half day (up to 4 hours) is $2000, full day (up to 8 hours) is $3200. Both include on-site shooting, professional editing, and digital delivery through an online gallery.

Do you shoot multi-day corporate retreats?

Yes, multi-day coverage for corporate retreats is one of my main areas of focus. Contact me with your dates and details for a custom quote.

Do you sign NDAs or confidentiality agreements?

Yes, I’m happy to sign NDAs or work under a confidentiality agreement, this comes up often for product launches, brand activations, and store openings where clients need discretion around unreleased products or internal details.

Can you work discreetly without disrupting the event?

Yes, my team is well known for shooting unobtrusively, capturing keynote sessions, panels, and candid moments without drawing attention or disrupting the flow of the event.

How quickly do we receive the photos?

Standard delivery is next morning. For events that need content sooner, I can also deliver a select few edited images the same evening, available on request and best arranged ahead of time, rush pricing may apply depending on the specific turnaround needed.

Working With Your Team
I carry liability insurance and can provide a certificate of insurance on request, something most venues and corporate clients need before booking. If your brand has specific guidelines, logo usage, colour treatment, or shot requirements, I’ll follow them so the final images are ready to use across your channels without extra editing on your end.
